We've struggled with frustrating pay structures in the past. August's pricing is designed to only charge you for what you want, when you want it. Each month, we'll charge you a small fee for any employees that were active (ie. logged hours, signed documents, or worked a shift). If you have employees in August that weren't active - no charge. Simple as that.
