Yes. Every job listing has a shareable link to a mobile-friendly application. Applicants can answer free text, multiple choice and checkbox questions and upload files right from their phone.
Can I put my job listings on my own website?
Yes. August includes an embeddable job board you can add to your website, and every listing has its own link you can share on social media, in emails or on a QR code flyer.
Can August ATS check references automatically?
Yes. You can build a custom reference form, and August will email applicants' references automatically and send reminders until they respond.
What happens when an applicant accepts an offer?
They become an employee in August and can automatically receive your new hire onboarding packet with documents, background checks and links to complete on their phone.
