Where can I download August Mobile?
August Mobile is free to download for employees and managers on the Apple App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
What can employees do in the app?
Employees can view their schedule and team schedules, submit availability and time off requests, pick up open shifts, request shift swaps, chat with their team, read the bulletin board, open the resource center, complete checklists, redeem coupons, show their digital ID card, see kudos and badges, and clock in if mobile clocking is enabled for them.
What can managers do in the app?
Managers can clock employees in and out, edit shifts, manage bulletin board posts and message their teams. Managers with a web login can jump to the full August dashboard.
Do employees need the app to use August?
No. Applications, onboarding and document signing work in any mobile browser, and text broadcasts reach employees without the app. The app adds schedules, team chat and notifications.
