Employee profiles hold personal and contact information, payroll details like pay rates, scheduling preferences, emergency contacts, notes, a profile photo, team assignments, a time clock PIN and signed documents.
Can I give managers limited access?
Yes. You can grant admin access to specific modules, such as scheduling, time and payroll, hiring and documents, messaging or settings, and create timesheet-only logins for a shared time clock.
What is the resource center?
The resource center is a library of PDFs, links and YouTube videos employees can open in the August Mobile app, like your handbook, maps and training videos. Items can be limited to specific teams.
How do checklists work?
Build checklists for opening, closing, training or safety, attach them to positions, and employees complete them in the app.
Can I offer perks to employees?
